Here at JamyTots we follow the Early years Foundation Stage ( EYFS) areas.

Communication & Language: Encouraging conversations through story telling, circle time, singing and listening skills.

Personal - Social & Emotional Development: Building confidence, Independance, Friendships & Emotional resilience.

Physical Development: Fine motor skills - mark making - threading- puzzles and gross motor skills ( outdoor play, climbing movement.

Literacy: Early reading and writing through books, phonic play, mark making and story telling.

Mathmatics: Counting, shapes, patterns, measuring and problem solving through hands on activities.

Understanding the world: Exploring nature, seasons, celebrations, community and simple science.

Expressive Arts & Design: Creative play through painting, music, role play, building and imaginative activities.

 

Children at JamyTots enjoy a wide range of activities and we adapt activities to each childs interests so learning feels exciting and personal.

 We regulary observe childrens play to understand thier development and plan next steps, Parents receive updates - photos - and monthly news letters so you always feel connected to your childs learning journey.
