At JamyTots we aim to keep our fees simple and transparent, with no hidden costs.
We offer flexible hours - funded places and a warm, high quality childcare experience.
A deposit of £150.00
Standard Fees
Hourly Rate: £8.50 –
Please note - there is a minimum charge of 5 hours per day for your child to attend our setting and we offer a minimum of 2 days a week.
Payments are required monthly in advance of us having your child.
Your childcare Invoice will be sent to you at the beginning of every month so that all fees reach us by the 20th of the month.
In the event of late payments we will charge £30 per day until all fees due to us are paid in full.
We reserve the right to review our charges and the terms of this contract.
We will give you 6 weeks notice prior to increasing our fees/amending this contract. If you do not agree to the increase in fees you may give us notice to terminate this contract.
Goverment Funding:
We offer all eligible goverment funded childcare hours including;
15 hrs for 2 year olds available for eligible working families or low income households.
15 hrs for 3 & 4 year old universal funding available to all families.
30 hrs for eligible working families
Funding can be used across the week in a way that suits your childcare needs providing the setting can accommadate.
Goverment funding covers childcare only, additional charges may apply for meals, outings,special activities, consumables ( wipes, craft materials etc)
These charges are kept low and always explained in advance.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, childcare vouchers or taxfree childcare
We offer a free settling in session so your child can get to know the setting and feel comfortable before starting.
Every Family's needs are different so we offer full and part time places flexible start and finish times subject to availability.
Just let us know what you need we will always do our best to accomadate you.
We are happy to support you in your application if you wish to set up a tax free childcare account to pay your childcare fees to us.

Our childcare setting is committed to using all funding responsibly and effectively to enhance the quality of care, learning and development we provide for the children in our setting.
Any funding received is used to support positive outcomes for children, particularly those in their early years, ensuring they have access to high quality experiences in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.
Funding enables us to invest in age-appropriate resources, equipment and learning materials that support all areas of the early years foundation stage (EYFS) with strong focus on communication and language, physical development, personal social and emotional development and early learning skills. This includes resources that promote inclusive practice and support children with additional needs or emerging developmental differences.
We use funding to improve our learning environments, both indoors and outdoors, creating engaging spaces that encourage curiosity independence and exploration.
Our early years entitlement funding contributes towards the overall running costs of our childcare setting including staff wages. Staff wages form a significant and essential part of delivering high quality childcare and education as qualified experienced practitioners are fundamental to children’s safety, well being and learning outcomes. By using funding to support wages, we are able to maintain a stable and nurturing environment and invest in ongoing staff training and professional development.
All funding is managed responsibly and transparently, in accordance with local authority guidance. We regularly review how funding is used to ensure it continues to positively impact children’s experiences, development and overall quality of the provision.
